Challenge

Needed a consolidated opportunity aggregation and reporting platform that is scalable, robust, and updated automatically and more frequently.

The initiative required combining opportunities from multiple agencies and partners into a single source of truth, while ensuring that access to dashboards and data is controlled by user security permissions for members, stakeholders, and partners.

Logic Intelligence performed requirements gathering, met with subject-matter experts, and deployed a consolidated reporting solution based on stakeholder input.

Logic Intelligence also delivered the supporting data platform and governance components, including scheduled ingestion pipelines, cleansing, and normalization, orchestration workflows, and secure reporting delivery for a member audience.

Solution

Logic Intelligence designed and delivered a unified opportunity aggregation platform that consolidates opportunities from agencies and partners, enriches them with certification and registry data, and publishes secure, member-ready analytics through Opportunity Explorer.

The solution uses Azure Data Services for ingestion and storage, Power Automate for orchestration and governance workflows, and Power BI for interactive reporting with secure embedding into the website with role-based access for members and agencies.
